Ching Chou Kuik - Kamono Sakura Dolly

This was a challenge to try and keep the colours soft pastels without being heavy handed as I have a tendency to go over and over and over :)

Coloured with prismacolor pencils and copic markers.  I have used some stampin up card and kaiserkraft printed papers.  A big shot die and flowers are eBay.  Liquid pearls as emblishements and clear wink of stella which doesn't really photo well.

Scrappers Delights - DT Project - Need Hugs Giraffe

Giraffes have been in the news quite a lot lately with the live feed of the new baby so I thought I would make a giraffe theme card, my husbands cousin is having a baby boy so as soon as I saw this giraffe I had the image in my head of what I wanted to create.

I have coloured him using copic markers and prismacolor pencils.  I have used a few stampin up products and some old kaiserkraft papers.  I would not normally put these colours together but really think they match the giraffe.

I hate embellished with liquid pearls and a lilyofthevalley stamp, pushed out with stampin up punches.

Aurora Wings - Tempest

Wow this was a challenge, a ice wall??? Ok googled some images and hoped for the best.  This entire image was a challenge as so much background detail, it was for my husbands birthday and was always going to be a picture not a card.  I have coloured using nearly every single copic marker and prismacolor pencil I own.  I have used the metallic prisma pencils on the sword and a little bit of wink of stella in the snow.

I find I don't do many man themed but Mr 12 gave this the thumbs up for his dad :)

This is to show it in the man cave in the frame, not a good picture as the light is coming in the back window, I like him having his man cave as it gives me free run on all my hours of crafting ;)

Faeryink - Zaftig Sahara Fae

I have been asked to make a card for a work colleague who is going on maternity leave and I knew which image would be perfect.  I have coloured her using a blend of copic and prismacolor pencils.  I have used up some old supplies of paper and ribbon and added embellishments from eBay.  The sentiment is from liliofthevalley.

She is larger than most cards for everyone at work to sign, thanks for happing a peep.

Aurora Wings - Chrysanthemum Festival

This wonderful image was coloured using copic markers and prismacolor pencils, I am really liking the two together for depth, I have highlighted using a white gel pen.

The card and papers and matching ribbon are stampin up and the flowers eBay. I have applied wink of stella in clear to the flowers and butterflies and liquid pearls in lavender lace.

Thanks for stopping by <3 xx

Ching Chou-Kuik - Magic Wish

This lovely lady was a little bit of a experiment on mixing colours, going over blues with pale peaches and making a orangey peachy colour.  I loved the colour it came out as although may have been better to photograph on white background.  I was trying to match calypso coral from stampin up which is in the papers and card and ribbon.  All embellishments form eBay

Thanks for stopping by xx

Scrappers Delights - Easter Bunny - 1

I love making Easter cards although were not big in giving them out in our family its always fun to colour a very cute image.  This gorgeous bunny has been coloured using copic markers and prismacolour pencils.  The ears and pink fur have been given a large covering of wink of stella but it didn't photograph well.  The blue and pink paper is stamping up along with the stamp and punch.  The egg paper is old stock.

Thanks for stopping by and hopefully the bunny will visit you next week as well ;) Happy Easter xx

Molly Harrison - Easter Fairy

For this card I have used no embellishments what so ever, very unusual for me but there is so much detail in the card I didn't want to loose that by adding anything else for your eye to draw to.  I had so much fun colouring this gorgeous rabbit and really practising my texture.

I have coloured using copic markers and prismacolor pencils, which I have been loving to bring out some more depth in the colours.

Thanks for stopping by, hugs Lynsey xx
