Make it crafty - Tia Celebrates

This is my first time with a make it crafty challenge and character but totally and utterly love this image.  As soon as I got her I knew she was going to be for my friend Tonya for her special birthday.  I have coloured her in copics and added the balloons and numbers from stampin up punches, the paper is stampin up and matches the copics perfectly. 
  
She has been given to my friends so now can be blogged and posted without ruining the surprise xx

Paper Nest Dolls - Unicorn Girl

Hi everyone, this is my second week as GT over at Paper nest dolls and this time I have gone all out girly, lots of pink, purple etc... oh and pink diamonds.

I have coloured her in copics and fussy cut out.  Lots and lots of wink of stella over cheeks, tiara, shoes and unicorn although this never photographs well. 

The card is all stampin up in wisteria wonder and bashful blue (retired) and the coloured card is spotlight.  The sentiment is from Liliofthevalley and the ribbon again spotlight.  On her eyes and the unicorns I have used glossy accents, again tricky to see in the picture.

Scrappers Delights - Golfer

Hi guys, today scrappers delights are having a sale on this little guy.  The digi image is available as a girl or boy but I picked boy so the card could be for my son.  Don't forget to swing by the shop.



I have coloured him using prismacolor on crafts card which is the first time I have ever done this and apart from quickly learning how to blend I was pretty pleased with the results.

The paper is some old retired stampin up paper with the new punches and sentiments.  As the paper was so busy I haven't put any embelishemtns or bling etc on the card.

Paper Nest Dolls - Heart Apron 

This month I have the lovely pleasure of being guest designer for 2 projects for the Paper Nest Dolls. The images available are totally and utterly adorable and based on the artists children.

I have coloured this cute pie in copics and used some papers I had lying around, all emblishements from eBay apart from the ribbon and the pink paper which are stampin up.

This card is already in the mail for a little girl who just had brain surgery on a fb page I follow so I'm sure she will like it.  You can't see on the picture all the wink of stella which is on the flowers, wooden hears and all the hearts in the image.

Polka doodles - Red Riding Hood 

Hi guys, well I have been working on this a while and can now only post it as it has been given, I made this for a gorgeous friend who is as mad about fairy tales as we are, we are all Once upon a time fans.  It is completed in copics and black prismacolor pencil.  The folds in the cape took me about 3 hours along, I kept having to hold it at arms length to make sure I could see all the shadows etc.  

The frame is what I gave it in but my measurements were slightly off with printing and I had to cut some off, the next size up showed the border.

Scrappers Delights - Winter Solstice

This is the new release from Scrappers Delights and she was awesome to colour.  Lots of hair to tackle.  Im still practising on paler colour but had picked the papers who knew my colour scheme before pen colour.  

Copics used on the main picture with a liliofthevalley sentiment and stampin up cardstock and pattern paper.  The embellishments are memory box.  There is some wink of stella on the flower but you can't see from the photography angle.  

I have used white gel pen to add some snow.  Have a great week my lovelies xxx
