Scrappers Delights - New Release Crafty Honey

Hi everyone, happy weekend.  Today I am showing you the new release from scrappers delights, called crafty honey.  I have coloured her using copic markers, then on the background did a outline in copics then sponged in stain up pool party and wisteria wonder ink, used alcohol to blend the copics and water to blend the ink.  I have used a liliofthevalley sentiment and stampin up designer paper in a retired pattern.

Thanks for stopping by xx

Simply B - Cast A Spell Betty

We dont really do halloween here in WA however this is from the complete halloween loving Simply B for the September challenge, using this image the sentiment, polka dot paper and 2 ribbons.  You dont see many bows on my cards I'm useless and tying them even with a bow maker.

I have coloured her using copics and used blender ink to achieve and background.  White gel pen on her eye and the cat for texture.  I have used wink of stella on her eyes which you can't see in the picture and glitter glue for the spell.

The Paper Shelter - So Pretty

Good morning my crafty friends.  So I love vintage, I love distressed and I had great fun making this card for a special birthday.  I have coloured using a combination of copics and prismacolor pencils as I didn't have the copic colours I wanted so topped up the colour.  I have used some old kaiserkraft papers I had hiding around and stampin up cardstock.  The vintage edges are a eBay find and the post card is kmart.  I have embellished with a little spotty ribbon, liquid pearls and heat embossed frantage.

Aurora Wings - Little Elf

How to tell I had the day off work, 3 blog posts in a day after nearly 2 months off, so sorry for inundating you all ;)  I love this little sprite (anything fairy really) love all mythical and magical things.  It took me a while to start this as she's a little intimidating with all the small details.

I have mixed copic and prismacolor again.  The papers are stampin up in crumb cake and bashful blue (R) and some old DSP, the ribbon is from a gift I bought from a shop and kept the ribbon after gift giving.  The background is sponged using the scalloped cutter and stampin up tempting turquoise ink.  There is very few embellishments on this card and feel the picture itself is enough.

Julia Spiri - The Fantasy Hat

Some of you will know by know that I love love love steampunk.  I love the grungy look and all sorts of cogs and watches etc, so this was such a fun project to colour.

I have done a mixture of copics and prismacolours for this picture which i think helped create intensity, I was quite happy to not have a smooth blend on the hat and background.  The cogs were done with dies on gold paper and I sponged in black stayz on.  The actual metal cogs were from eBay.

the card is stampin up basic grey and the ribbon is cherry cobbler.

Ching-Chou Kuik - Squirrel land toadstool

Good morning my crafty friends.  So today was my day off from work, dogs got walked dinner prepared, putting off doing some extra study, so popped on Facebook and saw the challenge over at Ching-Chou Kuik for Once upon a time.  In our house every saturday night, we get ready for bed about 5ish (party animals I know) we usually have pizza or something else that doesn't require cutlery and snuggle in front of the tv for Once Upon a Time, were at season 4 at the moment and our little family is loving this tradition.  So as soon as I saw the challenge I thought of Zelina.

She is coloured using all copics and a little bit of black pencil to add extra shading.  This is my first time doing a coloured skin so was great fun.  White gel pen was used for the stars and on the mushrooms.

I have used stampin up papers in Tangerine Tango and Not quite Navy (R).  The ribbon is matching and the leaves are from the new set of Colourful seasons, which I also used the die to create the scalloped bottom, then attached black gems.

Thanks for stopping by, hope you like her xx
