STAMPIN' UP! HELLO CUPCAKE

Hi everyone, I have created this card using a specific colour scheme for a blog challenge over at Just add Ink.  They requested using all 4 of the colours used but you have the freedom to create what ever project you wish.  The colours are Bermuda bay, coastal cabana, poppy parade and blushing bride.

I have listed all supplies below and feel free to click on the link here or top right of blog to visit my online shop.

Have a lovely weekend my crafty friends xx

Kit and Clowder - Dragon Pencil, free class for members

Hi everyone today I followed a tutorial by Alyce from Kit and Clowder using the free dragon class and free dragon stamp.  This image is coloured completely with prismacolours are really focussed on blending different colours families together.  It was quite challenging but also a massive amount of fun.  I specifically made this as a present for little Miss' dance teacher who has just had a beautiful baby boy.

I love giving hand made gifts but do get a little nervous thinking will the participant appreciate the work involved, I know the answer will be yes in this case.  This was quite a few hours work, and I only realised after I handed it over that the surname is spelt wrong.  It had taken me about a hour to decide on how to line up the text as it was ;)

Hope you like him, I love him and I'm a little bit proud.

Happy crafting my friends, hugs Lynsey

Tidily Inks - Garden Wedding

Hi everyone, today is literally freezing in WA, so thought I would share a nice summery card I made for a family wedding.  I have coloured the tidily inks image up in copics, this was a large card of 6"x6" which is a fair size larger than I normally do.

I decided to add the confetti as I had a little smudge which happens to us all at some time lol.  The DSP was gifted to me and the ribbon and I have no idea where they are from as were in plain packet.  The cardstock is Stampin Up Regal Rose (R) and Basic Black.

The emblishements are ribbons are just from my stash.  Have a lovely weekend crafty friends.

Love Lynsey xx

STAMPIN’ UP! – VARIED VASE BUNDLE

59879575_385667118947738_5788997083235090432_n-1
Hi crafty friends, these cards were cased from pinterest for my class this week, so thanks goes to stamptastic designs. I have used the varied vase bundle to create this lovely little set which I will put together for a gift
Stamp your vases on a scrap piece of white cardstock and stamp your tulips to be punched out, punch out the stamped images
I found it easier to die cut the rectangles first then stamp the images just so I could get the leaves in the right place
arrange and stick down as requested.

Stampin Up - Eastern Beauty stamps, eastern medallion thinlets

Hi crafty friends, today I have created a few cards using a simple embossing technique with a simple die cut, the background is created using a sponging technique
First off I started by sponging the background using night of navy, fresh fig and tranquil tide
Then I embossed the medallion stamp with copper and gold embossing powder, I stamped each one individually and embossed so I could see where I have stamped
Heat emboss all the background, then die cut your image and add embellishments. I matched up the gem on the copper card by colouring with a copic marker, one of su stampin markers would do the same trick.
