Christine Karron - Water Lily

Hi guys, today I wanted to show you a image I coloured over a about a week.  I have used prismacolor premier on pastel paper.  I am really trying to practice getting some shape to my faces when colouring and using different lighting combos.  I used the originals artist own image as a bit of a guide regarding the colours, the skin colours are very different.  Im very proud of this as when I started I thought oh dear this skin is not going to look good - unless i turn her into a alien lol.  I also got mixed up with hair and lily leaves.  I have posted the progress as I went along to show how it all comes together in the end.

Have a lovely weekend crafty friends xxxx

Paper Nest Dolls - Koala with Butterfly

I love this image, I think is just adorable as we don't have Koalas native here in WA but have lots of kangaroos at the the end of the street.

I have coloured the image using copics and have matched up some Australian paper from my local Spotlight.  The sentiment was printed from the computer and I have used stampin up card.

I hope you like him too, please click on the link to lead you straight to the store.

Hannah Lynne - Genevieve

Hi Everyone, today I want to show you a card I have made using the adorable Genevieve from Hannah Lynne.  I have coloured her using copic markers and used some old stampin up DSP and cardstock to mount her one, the punch is SU as well.  The stamp is Liliofthevalley and the embellishments are eBay.

There is some glitter glue which you can't see on the photograph in her wings.

Have a lovely day my crafty friends.

Hugs Lynsey xx
